Black Spruce

Picea mariana

Common Name:  Spruce is a coniferous evergreen tree native to North America, Alaska and Newfoundland. 

Usage:  Recommended for topical applications via massage oils to relieve muscle aches and pains and for rheumatism and to stimulate poor circulation.  Supports adrenal function.  Also used for respiratory relief of colds, coughs, bronchitis and asthma issues. Small amounts can be used in aromatherapy diffusers.  Antimicrobial and antiseptic.

Aroma:  Calming and elevating with a Christmas tree-like scent
