Coriander

Coriandrum sativum

Common Name:  Also called Chinese Parsley.

Usage:  A detoxifying oil that calms digestive issues.  It also fights fatigue and can be added to massage oils due to its analgesic properties to help with arthritis, rheumatism, muscular pain and spasms. Also beneficial for digestive issues so cook with the seeds or with ground coriander in recipes. Use in a diffuser to create a uplifting environment and reduce stress, and improve the appetite.
