Steam inhalation is a useful therapy by which breathing can be aided as well as relief from colds, nasal congestion, headaches, and even stress. 


How to Do Steam Inhalation:

  • Place 2-3 cups of hot water in a bowl
  • Add essential oil either just one or a blend of several  (about 10-14 drops total)
  • Drape a large clean towel over your head and bowl and inhale deeply through your nose. Hold your breath for a minute taking in the benefits.
  • Repeat as needed throughout the day especially helpful if suffering from congestion or sickness.
